Nottingham Scorpions training sessions take place every Thursday at 6.30pm at Moderns Rugby Club every week now the clocks have changed. League fixtures kick off on Saturday 27th April with finals taking place on Saturday 20th July. It promises to be an exciting summer of footy here in Nottingham.

Training sessions are mixed for men and women and will work on a variety of different game elements such as basic and more complex skills, game play and of course the dreaded fitness! During the sessions we will sometimes split more and less experienced players up to work on more specific game elements.

Post training there are always a few of the team who head to the local pub for a quick wind down beverage as a reward for efforts on the training ground.
