Nottingham vs Wolverhampton

Going into this match up both teams knew how important the 2 points could be come the end of the season.

Nottinghams pre game talk involved hitting wolves hard from the go and working the ball to our forever scoring forward line and that's exactly just how it happened. The forwards provided great leads for the midfield to find pin point passes and with Tom Stones sticky fingers, Martin Kearneys charging power, Aaron Dixons agility & Xanders diving grabs the forwards made it look easy!

Wolverines struggled to get forward with their only goals of the game coming from 50 yard bombs forward. Full credit to our Iron curtain who not only dealt with the incoming kicks but managed to charge forward and pick out a pass. Going into the second half the scorpions stepped up another level and showed some of the best footy so far this season. Goal accuracy improved from the previous game and with a left footer from Ash and what could be the goal of the year from xander with a shot from deep in the left pocket the mighty Nottingham scorpions finished the game off impressively for yet another win!
