Nuneaton Borough now know the road that they will have to travel if they are to return to the sixth tier of English Football at the first time of asking. A home tie versus Kings Langley awaits the Boro’ on the 10th of August as the “Lango” pay an opening day visit to Liberty Way. Both sides are new to the division with Kings Langley gaining promotion last season.
The A5 derby with Tamworth will see the Boro’ visit the Lamb on Boxing Day and hosting the reverse fixture on Easter Monday. Meanwhile, our nearest neighbours, Barwell will come to Nuneaton on Saturday the 28th of September and Jimmy Ginnelly will make his return to Kirkby Road on Saturday the 14th of December.
New Years Day brings the visit of Coalville Town whilst the Boro’ will travel to face the Ravens at the Owen Street Sports Ground on the August Bank Holiday Monday. If Boro’ are to close out the season in style it would be at Rushall Olympic’s Dales Lane ground on Saturday the 25th of April, but there’s a lot of football to be played between now and then.
Season tickets are still available from the Club Office, priced at £200 for Adults, £175 for Concessions and £45 for Under 16’s.
