
Boro will face Eastwood CFC at Liberty Way on Saturday 12th September, kick-off is at 3pm.
The football club has made the decision to invite all spectators into the ground FREE OF CHARGE - PLEASE NOTE THAT A TICKET WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
Due to current Covid-19 guidelines there will be a maximum of 600 tickets available.
To guarantee your entry you should log in to the Kaizen ticketing portal by clicking HERE
The option of choice will be the Eastwood game. This will automatically be set at £0.00 for all attendees. Once you have confirmed your entry you will be automatically sent a return email. This will state that you were successful. You will also be sent the ticket as an attachment so you may need to scroll further down your email. Open the attachment and it will show the QR scanning code that will need to be shown at the turnstiles in order that we can scan your details for our Track & Trace process.
On your approach to the turnstiles and with social distancing always at the forefront of your mind please be aware of the footstep markings and adhere to the placings outside the turnstiles. get your ticket visible on approach to the turnstiles so you may enter in a timely manner.
All sections of the ground will be open - The merchandise shop, the Food Kiosk, the Sports Bar and the Boardroom & Decking area.
(a) Merchandise Shop - access is limited to 4 customers at any one time , please check & adhere.
(b) Kiosk - the food kiosk will be serving a reduced menu of Frank Parker burgers with or without cheese, fries, pies, tea, coffee, soft drinks and an assortment of chocolate bars.
Please note the tables next to the kiosk counter as they are placed to aid protection for both operators and guests, please adhere to this by using the tables as a barrier.
Do not approach the counters.
(c) Sports Bar - The bar will be open for all drinks etc. at normal prices. All drinks will be poured into plastic non reusable receptacles (glasses), please throw them into the bins after use. You will be given a new one at the bar.
- We require that you take your Sports Bar purchases immediately outside when served, adhering to the one way system in & out of the Sports Bar.
No glass bottles will be given to customers, please don't ask.
- Please be prepared to have an i.d. with you as you may be requested to show proof of age by the Bar staff or Crowd Liaison Officers around the ground.
- Do not congregate in the area outside between the Sports Bar & pitch, you must social distance with a maximum of 6 guests in each group.
- All drinks are permitted to be enjoyed in any area of the ground.
(d) The Boardroom & Decking Area will be opened free of charge for a maximum of 54 guests. The guests will be given a free meal of cottage pie & a roll. The Boardroom bar will also be open with the intention of providing table service only. BT Sport will be available with Fulham v Arsenal shown.
To secure your place in the Boardroom you must send an email to secretary@nuneatonboroughfc.com .
You will be entitled to 2 places per email.
The first 54 named in emails will be the guests in the Boardroom and will be entitled to watch the match from the decking area.
(e) We have now recruited a volunteer P.A. Announcer, Ashley Shields, his remit is to enjoy his job, interact with the crowd and get you involved. Ashley will operate pitch side. Please feel free to get him to say hello or sing happy birthday to anyone in the crowd who has a birthday or celebration. You the fans decide.
SEASON TICKET COLLECTION:
All season ticket holders are now able to collect their season tickets from the main office as of Thursday 10th September, 1pm to 8pm & Friday 8am to 4pm.
Please enter the ground via the rear parking area.
Once you have your season tickets you will no longer need to send a text or email to the club stating your intention to come and watch as your ticket will be scanned on entry.
CASH PRIZE DRAWS:
We will be selling the Golden Goal tickets and the 50/50 tickets as usual. There will also be Blackouts being sold around the ground, please support your club and participate.
