After a successful two seasons implementing the boys junior section at the club, as well as bringing on board the ladies team this season, we are pleased to announce that we are now in a position to launch a brand new girls section to add to our flourishing junior and ladies set-ups.

With the FA drive to increase female participation in the sport we feel the time is right to launch this initiative for the town.

We have big plans for the new girls section moving forward including a Wildcats Centre (for 5-11 year olds) as well as plans to create teams at various age groups to compete in matches.

We will be accommodating girls from 5 to 16 years old with fun, informative sessions led by fully FA qualified coaches.

We are provisionally looking to launch this in April, covid restrictions permitting, with an open day at Liberty Way which will include introductions to the game and training sessions with the day culminating in a Ladies football match for all to watch.

We will be on the lookout for players, coaches and volunteers for the new girls section so if you feel you have something to offer, and want to give football or coaching a go, then please get in touch using the details below.
