After making a total of 43 appearances, and scoring a number of vital goals in the 2019/20 season, Edmunds has spoken about his delight at remaining with us.

Jimmy Ginnelly has also spoken about his latest signing, he said: "To re-sign Eddy was a must for me, he’s got better every month since he’s been at the Boro and I’m certain he’s going to get even better in time.

"He put in some stunning performances last season especially at Liberty Way and I’m sure he’s a fans favourite the way he puts his heart and soul into his performances. He must have been inside the top three for consistent performances and boy did he chip in with some stunning goals for the boys at important times, so back to my opening comment he was a must to get back on a Boro form for this coming season.”
