Under the leadership of Ben Hewson and team, The Nutters look forward to welcoming friends from the Parish to celebrate the completion of the new pavilion at Mannings Heath Common.

We are putting on a fun filled day for all!

We will commence proceedings at 11am with an hour and a half of a Junior / Adult Pairs Cricket match, which will be run by Sussex County Cricket Club.

For those who have not done so already and wish to do so please register for the juniors/adults pairs cricket by emailing nutterssocial@gmail.com by Monday 9th of September, so we have time to organise the teams beforehand. Don't worry if you are unable to join in with your junior cricketer, we will arrange for players to pair with the juniors.

Not only will there be community groups represented at stalls in the pavilion all day but there will be a sandwich lunch available from 1pm.

The afternoon will see the adults host a 20 / 20 match of overs and unders from the club membership. We fully expect some retired Nutters to make an appearance.

The drum rolls for the Official Opening begin at just before 4pm. Chris Adams, ex Sussex and England, will be cutting the ribbon to mark this important occasion in our club's long history.

After the formalities the second innings of the 20 / 20 match will commence before music, drinks and cheerful social time from 6.30pm until 9pm, when proceedings will draw to a close.
