Bos in fine form, 30s for Raggy and Jeff, Golden for Jonty, Keano 'steal's catch from Mike C. Game interrupted by spectator in the stands.

Jonty's view of the game, quite in depth due to Jonty having more time on his hands than expected

Dun horse/Nuthurst beat Novartis in the latest round of Gullick cup matches by 7 wickets on Tuesday evening having won the toss Dun horse/ Nuthurst fielded first with Graham Boswell and Keith Greenwood opening the bowling Graham bowled 4 overs for 15 runs picking up two good wickets including a fine catch by Rob Keen holding on to a skier with Mike Caidan also going for the catch but Rob managed to hold on and at the other end. Jonty fresh from his spell on Sunday !!!! was being hit all round the common by the Novartis opener A Green who retired on 30. First change bowlers Raggy and Graham Prior then turned the screw with very tight spells, Graham bowling 4 overs for 6 runs and 1 wicket. Rob Keen carried on his fine fielding display with a direct hit run out from point. Mike Watson and Rob Keen each picked up a wicket and Raggy bowled the last over, a wicket maiden to finish with 4-12-2. Novartis finished on 90 from their 20 overs a fine fielding performance with only 10 men.

In reply Dun Horse/Nuthurst made a poor start with Mike Caidan bowled for 1 with a ball that didn't get above ankle high Chris Wheal was run out for 0 then Jonty was LBW first ball leaving us 7-3. Jeff McKenna and Raggy Singh then rebuilt the innings with good running(??) between wickets and fine stroke play by both including 2 trade mark sixes by Jeff, both retired on 30 leaving Rob Keen And Bob Samways to guide us home, Bob playing out 3 dot balls then remembering this was limited overs found the middle of the bat to hit 3 glorious fours (well described Jonty!!) and guide us home in 13.1 overs

That result still keeps Dun Horse/Nuthurst in the hunt for semi final spot with 2 wins and 1 lose so far.
