As has been well documented, both here and elsewhere, the club has been financially and resource challenged for a number of years, more so this season.
Despite the best and selfless efforts of the committee, the team and playing staff and a very small number of hard working volunteers, it seems very likely the club will cease to exist by 12pm noon on Wednesday, 13th March 2019.
This would be a sad end to over 80 years of footballing and community involvement.

So this is in effect a final, final call to everyone, football lover or not, local or not, to step forward and make a difference.
We have offered our resignation from the United Counties League which will set off a chain of events leading to the closure of the club.
THIS CAN BE REVERSED IF WE ARE QUICK!
This is your moment to save 80 years of history, ensure the life of Oadby Town FC for this generation and those in the future.
The club has had a turbulent time over the last few years and this season brought so much promise.
A decent position in the United Counties League, achieved with a great squad and management team has been maintained all season.
Off the pitch, some incredible new sponsors have stepped forward and put in good amounts.
WHAT IS NEEDED
To ensure the survival of the club, we need £10,000 to settle outstanding amounts accumulated during the season and give us a pot to start the next season in a better position.
