Gentlemen,

Poole RFC are proud to invite you to to enter a team into our veterans tournament of on the 9th May 2015. The tournament will consist of twelve 10 a side teams with no limit to squad size, full contact, rolling subs with unlimited changes, the only condition is that all players are 35 and over (there is no upper age limit).

The games will be 20 minutes, 10 minutes each way on full size pitches played in a tournament format with 4 groups of 3 teams, quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final with a trophy awarded to the champions. Each losing team in the group stages goes through to the Plate semi-final, winners of which will make the Plate-final with the Plate awarded to the winners (please see attached tournament proposal sheet).

The entry charge is £60 per team (not charged per player, so the more players you bring the cheaper it will be). Food and refreshments will be available all day including freshly made ales from our brewery sponsor and friends and family all welcome!

The 11 remaining slots are on a first come first served basis reserved by sending a cheque for £60 made out to Poole RFC. Cheques need to be received by March 1st 2015 but will not be cashed before this date, please write contact details and team name on the back of the cheque.
