Cents too strong for game Old Richians

Cents started strongly in their quest for this years Combination Senior cup with a big win over a game Old Richians side.Cents play four leagues above Richians and with the intensity they play at each week they had too much power and pace for the home side.Richians can be proud of the way they stuck at their task whilst vastly over powered and fair play to them for playing the match when other sides might not have taken the field.
The match only lasted an hour but in that time Cents managed to win 3-73 despite having 4/5 players missing from the squad through not being available and this showed again the depth Cents have in their playing squad.Cents led 3-47 at half time and scored tries through Sam Smith(2),Liam Hemming(2),Rob Jones(2) and Sam Goatley.Liam Hemming converted 6 of the first half tries for a half time score of 3-47.
In the second half Cents scored further tries through Liam Hemming,Rob Jones and Sam Goatley(2) with conversions added by Liam Hemming,Sam Smith and Sam Goatley.
Cents now look forward to the next round and hopefully we can have a home draw for a change.
