A disappointing result against Cirencester, 18 - 11 to Cirencester

Cents went away to Cirencester on the back of some fine wins against the top sides in the league. We knew the game was going to be tough but we excpected to come back with a win.
With injury's to Rob Tucker and Dan lane the side got switched around at the last minute and with the talented Lewis May refusing to train the coach Jack Preece and Capt Pete Willetts decided enough was enough and dropped him to the second team, saying "Lewis has so much talent, but we have to be fair to the other players who turn up week in and week out. It,s a shame but he is letting himself and his mates down,"
The game game was also stopped for a while with Hooker Nathan Stroud getting concussed so he will be out for the wed cup game against Spartans.
Cents had only one try from young winger Matt Humphries who replaced May and two pens from Liam Hemming.
Coach Jack Preece said, "It was one of those days when we dropped every ball and play just didn,t go our way and we needed to be stronger in the contact area. We are still a good side and i am confident we will be back to our best for the cup rounds."
