Old Cents finally managed to win their first away match of the season when they won at Swindon.
Cents played against the elements in the first half and led 7-6 at the interval thanks to an early try scored by Lewis May. The try was converted by Shay Morgan and at the break Cents were well worth their slender lead.
Cents played with the elements in the second half and did not use them properly and nearly paid the penalty as Swindon penned the away side in their half for most of the half. Cents scored another early try at the start of the second half through Scott Fritchley and this was converted by Shay Morgan.This early score gave Cents a bit of a breathing space as Swindon brought the score back to 13-14 to Cents during their period of pressure on Old Cents.Cents scored a further penalty through Shay Morgan to complete the match scoring for a final score of 13-17 toCents.
