HOW TO SET UP A GMS (Game Management System) ACCOUNT

1. Start by visiting: RFU Game Management System (GMS)
2. Click on the "Get Started" tab.
3. Create your account and complete the sign-up process.
4. Once registered, affiliate your child to Old Elthamians (see the next page for step-by-step instructions).

Important: Players cannot represent the club in matches unless they are affiliated through the RFU’s Game Management System (GMS).

Changing or Moving Clubs
If your child is joining from another club, the parent should:

• Log into their GMS account
• Under the parent’s profile, complete a Player Affiliation form to affiliate the player to Old Elthamians.

Already Have a GMS Account?

• Log in and update your child’s details for the 2025–26 season.
• Check that:

1. They are affiliated to Old Elthamians
2. They are in the correct age grade

Note: You do not need to pay a registration fee via GMS. Annual club subscriptions are paid directly to the bank account provided by your team manager.
