1. GMS - How parents can set up an account - Change GMS Clubs

HOW TO SET UP A GMS (Game Management System) ACCOUNT

Start by visiting: https://gms.rfu.com/GMS

Click on the "Get Started" tab.

Once you have signed up on GMS, you need to affiliate to Old Elthamians. See the next page for details. Players cannot represent the club in matches without being affiliated with the RFU's Game Management System (GMS).

CHANGE OR MOVE CLUBS

If your child is joining us from another club then the parent should log onto GMS and under the parents account complete a Player Affiliation form to affiliate them to Old Elthamians.

ALREADY HAVE A GMS ACCOUNT?

Login to your account and update their details for the 2023-24 season. Make sure they are affiliated to Old Elthamians and that they are in the correct age grade.

NOTE - You do not need to pay a registration fee on GMS. See next page for club annual subscription.
