In keeping with what the family know Nick would have wanted, they are holding an upbeat farewell service and celebration of his life which will be conducted by his brother, Simon at Kemnal Park Crematorium (A20 Sidcup By-Pass, Chislehurst, BR7 6RR) starting at 3.30pm.

The family would like as many club stalwarts past and present to attend, preferably in club ties and jackets if they have them. For those attending, please time your arrival for about 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start.

The funeral reception afterwards will be at the Bull's Head Hotel (5 Royal Parade, Chislehurst BR7 6NR).

Family flowers only please, but if you would like to make a donation to Wooden Spoon - rugby's own children's charity - it would be a cause close to Nick's heart.
