Club Articles
- Vote to reduce the number of Company Directors from 11 to 5
- Vote to reduce numbers of Directors for a quorum from 6 to 4

These changes are recommended by the YoC & are based on experience of 1st year under the new Articles.
- The reality has shown it is difficult to get people to sign up as Directors at Companies House.
- There have been no Directors meetings this year
- The Directors have delegated day to day control to the YoC
- The Quorum for an AGM remains unchanged at 15 Members or 20 at any other General Meeting

3. Youth Treasurer
4. Club Coaching Coordinator
5. Club Secretary

Election of Officers:
- Youth Chair - Russ Day is current Chairman & is standing for re-election, seconded by Paul Moyse. Currently there are no other candidates

-Mini Chair - Wim Paymans is Current Mini Chairman. He is standing down to take over the Coaching Coordination role from Paul Moyse - Paul Abbott is standing for the role, seconded by Wim Paymans, & comes with the recommendation of the YoC. Currently there are no other candidates
