A dark day at the Cabbage Patch

Having trekked across miles of open space we arrived at the pitch in good spirits but had to wait over an hour as the previous game overran somewhat. As expected we were up against it from the start with 'Combe scoring pretty much at will, despite the stirling efforts of Jack Miller and Sam Hailes in defence.
The game showed how much the squad as a whole has to work on its game, including dedication and commitment at training. We can turn the season round but it will take a lot of hard work from EVERYBODY!
