Old Hill FC began in 1976 running from the Timbertree public House and playing in the Dudley Metro League under the name North Bank.

They joined the Kidderminster league in 1986 and gained promotion at the first attempt to the Premier division, they remained in the Kidderminster league until 1994 during this time they won the Premier title in 90/91,93/94 , along the way managed to also win the Kiddy Hospital cup twice in 90/91,93/94, the Kiddy Harriers cup in 93/94 and the Corbett Hospital cup in 92/93,93/94.

A 2nd team was created which continued in the Kiddy League while the 1st team joined Division 3 of the Midland Combination league under the name Cradley Heath. During this name change they picked up the Challenge Urn in 96/97.

In 97/98 a the club struck up a partnership with Old Hill Cricket Club where it was decided that the name should change again to Old Hill Town, instant success was gained as they won Division 3 in that season. Further success was gained in 99/00 as they won the Division 2 title and in 00/01 the Presidents cup. They continued in Division 1 up until 2005 when it was decided to call time on the 1st team.

During this time the 2nd team under the name Cradley Heath Timbertree were enjoying success of their own in the Kidderminster league winning the Kiddy Hospital cup in 02/03 and had their most succesful year 03/04 not only winning the Premier title but also the Senior cup,Hospital Cup and the Tony Tranter cup along the way. 2005 was another good season as the premier title was won once again.

In 2006 it was decided that the name Old Hill should be introduced once more with a 2nd team added in 2007 in Kidderminster Division 1 only to fold 2 years later without any success. The 1st team continued in the Premier division up until 2010 and while not winning the league managed 3 more appearances at Aggborough, home of Kiddermister Harriers only to lose in all 3 cup finals.They did however win the Tenbury cup in 2009.

2010/11 season saw a complete direction change when Old Hill withdrew from Kiddy League and joined Division 3 of the Birmingham afa, instant success followed as promotion was gained as they managed to finish runner-up.

2011/12 a second consecutive promotion to division 1 followed as they finished runners up to Smithswood.

Two years of consolidation in Division 1 followed as the club adjusted to the level, but in 2014/15 the club finished runners up behind BTFC to gain promotion to the Premier division.
