The season has flown by, and now we are, gearing up for our final league games of the season this Saturday & Sunday. Come down to The Crofts this weekend to cheer on our mens and womens teams.

Last week our Hornets Mixed Ability team took on Oxon Wolves at Chinnor RFC alongside Coventry’s Trinity Guild Titans, OLS also welcomed Bowden Bear to The Crofts in March for a fantastic day of rugby.

The highlight of last week must go to the Colts, who secured a final spot in the Bob Coward Cup, with a great semi-final win over our neighbours Leamington, OLS Colts 64 vs Leamington Colts 19. The final will be played at Broadstreet 11th April 7.30pm against Nuneaton Colts. And another final! Congratulations to the U16s (joint with Stratford) on reaching the Warwickshire Plate Final! Well done to all involved. The final is taking place at Barkers Butts RFC Sunday 6th April, 2:20pm KO.

Also this week is 'Meet the Expert' in association with Nuffield Health - Prostate Cancer Awareness Talk
Wednesday 9th April, 7-8pm in the clubhouse at The Crofts. Refreshments from 6:30pm.

You may have seen the fundraising thermometer in the clubhouse, currently sitting at £82,000. However, it’s important to clarify that £50,000 of this total comes from an RFU grant. This grant is not yet in our account and comes with strict conditions which as a club we will need comply with—it can only be used for specific changing room upgrades.
