This is a commission-based role with real earning potential — the more deals you close, the more you earn. You'll represent a proud community club, build lasting partnerships with local, regional and national businesses, and help shape the future of ONRFC.

What you'll be selling: Kit sponsorship, clubhouse branding, digital promotion, event sponsorship (matchdays, tournaments, dinners), and community programme partnerships.

We'll set you up for success with a clear sponsorship rate card, marketing materials, introductions to existing contacts, and ongoing support from club leadership.

The ideal candidate will have: Strong sales, networking or business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sport and community. Existing local or regional business connections are a real advantage.
