Old Redcliffians RFC is seeking to expand its coaching setup with an Assistant Backs/Attack Coach to help shape the future of our senior rugby programme.

About the Role:
We’re seeking an ambitious and committed coach to primarily support our 2nd XV and Colts’ transition into senior rugby. This is a key role in developing young talent and supporting their journey through to our 1st XV.

Commitments:
Tuesday & Thursday evenings (training sessions)
Matchday involvement as appropriate

Key Requirements:
ERCA qualified
Strong understanding of attacking play and backline development
Passion for player development and team cohesion
Eagerness to learn and be part of a collaborative coaching environment
