Summary:
The day started with Shankar Giridhar and Aaron opening the formalities for OWCC and shortly, Shankar fell cheaply for 2 in the 3rd over, when Aaron was starting to show his aggression at the other end. Lewis was keeping him a silent company before he fell for 9 only to see Aaron (33) following him to the dressing room the very next ball. Tom Smith (2) fell in the next over, which demanded Abilash (31) and Sravan Athuru (15) to build a solid partnership and they did well. The score read 90/4 when Srav attempts to clear the boundary but anti-climax - caught. Following this was a batting collapse, where the next 5 batsmen's contribution was only 12, with Praga remaining in the crease to end the innings at 105-10.

Praga and Justin William Tillett opened the bowling. The first wicket has a special mention, where the batsman tried to leave outside-off, but the ball came back into him and clipped the top of off stump on the way back to the keeper (everybody surprised! :O). OWCC was able to pick only 2 more wickets, one a catch-pass from the keeper to 1st slip off Praga and another c&b by the come-back leg spinner Sam Burns. Pyrford cruised their way to the target with over 13 overs to go.

Result: Pyrford CC won by 7 wickets

Let us rise bigger and better :)
