Application forms are attached for the Autumn Internationals 2016. You need to note the following:

• All applicants must be FULL members of Old Yardleians RFC for 2015/2016. FULL members are:
o Fully paid playing members
o 10 Year Members
o Fully paid Vice Presidents
o Life Members and Honorary Members.
• If you are none of these you must pay the club annual subscription for 2016/2017 to the club before I can accept your application.
• Applications must be returned to myself including payment by Monday 1st August 2016.
• On the reverse of the form are the Old Yardleians RFC International Ticket Allocation Terms and Conditions.
