Ombersley Cricket Club is delighted to announce that Kevin Davies has been awarded the Lifetime Achiever (Bill Jones Memorial Award) at the Worcestershire Cricket Foundation’s annual Cricket Collective Awards, held on Thursday, 13 November at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.

The Cricket Collective, an ECB initiative, celebrates the volunteers whose hard work and commitment keep grassroots cricket thriving across the county. The event welcomed guests from local clubs and the wider cricket community, along with representatives, including Ian Martin MBE (Head of Disability Cricket at the ECB), Dan Such (University of Worcester), and the Jones family, who attended in memory of the late Bill Jones.

Kevin’s contribution to Ombersley Cricket Club spans many years. His unwavering commitment and willingness to support the club in countless ways have made a meaningful impact on players, volunteers, and the wider community.
