There are two prize draws on offer:
• For £50 England Rugby Store vouchers for individuals completing the survey
• For signed England Rugby merchandise for clubs who collect 10+ responses

We'd like to hear your views on the season so far, what's going well, what needs improving.

This is also a chance to share your experiences of how the Covid-19 pandemic is affecting your experiences of rugby union this season. By completing this survey, you're helping the RFU to try to meet the needs of the game in the coming season.

If you're a parent completing the survey on behalf of your child, please involve them when completing and ask their opinions.
