We understand that some members are not receiving email communications from our membership secretary. It is likely this will be because these emails are the GMS system we use, but your internet provider may deem these emails as either Junk or Spam.
Have a look in your Junk or Spam mailbox and if you see any emails from either of the below email addresses, these emails will be from our membership secretary:
• otley.rufc.membership@gmail.com
• spoon4gravy@gmail.com
To stop these emails going into your junk or spam folders you need to indicate you trust the sender.
