Pre season training for the 2017 season has now started with sessions taking place on Monday 9th January at Outwood Grange which saw the team run through some ball handling skills, followed by a conditioning session on Saturday 14th January in Rothwell Park where the intensity went up a level.

Next session is Monday 16th January at Outwood Grange - 6.45pm start. The team are looking to add to an already talented squad ahead of an exciting season with 3 level 2 qualified coaches on board, a new kit and website to come, along with lots of social events for the players and parents to enjoy. All players old and new are welcome.
