It's the first round of the WRU Women's Regional Competition this Sunday and RGC travel south to Pontypridd.
Best of luck to the ladies selected to take on the Scarlets at Sardis Road, Pontypridd this Sunday.
The game kicks off at 2.30pm and your support would be very welcome if you can make it.
