A gentleman with a wicked sense of humour and a great servant to grass roots football

In loving memory of Bruce Bickerdike

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of the pillars of our football club, Bruce Bickerdike.
Bruce will forever be known as a truly loving family man, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His love and dedication to the Steelmen and wider Parkgate football club has been a huge feature of both his life and of ours. We are forever grateful for the lifelong contribution and unwavering support he has made. The club simply wouldn’t be what it is without Bruce.
We will be showing our respect away today and at our next home game. In time, we will also have a wider celebration and honour Bruce’s life at the gate too.
But for today we send our love and respect to Bruce’s family, many of whom you know and also dedicated supporters and contributors to our club.
RIP Bruce Bickerdike ❤️
