Former Sheffield United striker, Sam Ackroyd gave his thoughts about recent form, his second spell at the club and his footballing career so far when we interviewed him for Wednesday evening's issue of 'The Steelmen' (Match Day Programme).

Sam managed to grab the winner in the final few minutes of the game against Selby Town when Parkgate came back from 3-1 down at half-time to win the game 4-3, thanks to a late Ackroyd winner.

"It was an unbelievable feeling as a striker seeing the ball hit the back of the net, it is always the best feeling but most importantly we got the three points that the team performance thoroughly deserved."
