Peckham Town FC will begin preparations for the upcoming season with three friendly fixtures against teams from different levels of the football pyramid. These matches offer a chance to build fitness, assess the squad, and prepare for the new campaign under manager Mary Phillip. Further fixtures may be added following league AGMs later this month.
We start our pre-season at home against Sutton Common Rovers, who will play at Step 5 in the Combined Counties Premier Division South next season. Having been relegated from the Isthmian League last season, they’ll be aiming to bounce back quickly. Formed in 1978, Sutton have solid experience at this level and will provide a good early test.
---
Our second fixture is an away trip to Ringmer AFC, who were promoted to Step 6 last season and will now compete in the Southern Combination Division One. The club was formed in 2018 and continues the footballing tradition of the original Ringmer FC, a well-known Sussex non-league side founded in 1905.
The ground is located near the picturesque town of Lewes, which is worth a visit for its historic centre and wide choice of pubs.

Home vs AFC Royal Holloway
We complete our confirmed pre-season schedule with a home match against AFC Royal Holloway, who compete at Step 7 in the Surrey Premier County League. Linked to Royal Holloway University, the club continues to build its presence in regional football.
⚽ Support the Menace
All three fixtures are open to supporters, and we look forward to welcoming you - at home or away - as preparations continue for the 2025/26 season.
