Tom has been at the Peg since 2010, and was bought to the club by his dad, then coach. Tom made his debut for the 2nd Team against Runwell, playing flanker in the early part of his Peg career. Tom quickly established himself in the first team, eventually moving into the backs, playing fullback. Tom is best known for is hard running, and ability to make last ditch tackles, and during the 2015/2016 season he was 1st team player of the year.

With over 150 caps to his name, Tom will use his experience as the new 1st Team Captain, to lead the Peg to a successful 2017/2018 Season

6. Most embarrassing moment on a rugby field? Not kicking the ball out of play VS Canvey away to seal the win. The swamp almost consumed me.

8. If you could be another teammate for a week who would you be and why? Cuddles – always wanted to be a turkish hobbit.

9. Who has the best/worst banter at the club? Best – Judgey / Worst – Judgey with Hammy.
