Step 1.

You should first complete a Penlake Juniors Player Registration Form. If haven't done this already then please download the form below, or alternatively ask your child's team manager for a form. Once this form is completed and returned, your child will be added to the club player database.

Step 2.

You now need to join the Penlake Juniors website as a member. Please use a valid email address you check regularly since we will use this to inform you directly of game changes, club events etc.

Step 3

Login to our website, you will see a grey bar at the top of the page with your name and an inverted triangle (above the Guinness Records logo) you need click on this and select "My Account"

On the right hand side you will see "My Network" and in this list Penlake Juniors AFC should be at the top.

You now need to click on (edit)

You will then see the option to request roles within Penlake Juniors - starting from supporter, club member, player etc. If you are not a club official (coach, manager etc) then you should click "add" next to "Club Member" and "Parent"

When you click on add, a box will pop-up and give you the chance to add a note to your request. When you click to add as parent, it will also ask you for the team your child plays for - it helps us greatly if you can put your child's name and your relationship to the child in the notes. You will need to repeat the add parent for each of your children.

If you have completed this correctly, you should see "pending approval" next to the role you have asked for.

Step 4.

A Penlake Official will check the requests against the player registration forms to ensure the correct child is linked to the correct parent. For obvious child protection reasons, we cannot complete this step without a signed player registration. If both parents wish to be added as a parent, then both parents will need to complete a registration form.
