Penrith AFC is looking to appoint a passionate and committed Academy and Reserve Team Coach to support the ongoing development of our youth and reserve players. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a friendly, ambitious, and community-driven football club environment.

? About the Role:
You will assist with the coaching and matchday duties for our Academy and Reserve teams, contributing to the progression of young local talent and supporting the senior squad's development pipeline.

⚽ Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of training sessions (midweek optional, Saturdays essential)
Assist with matchday preparation, warm-ups, team selection, and in-game management on Saturdays
Help identify and nurture emerging talent within the club
Work closely with the First Team and Academy setup to ensure alignment across squads
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Holds or is working towards a FA Level 1 or 2 coaching badge (or equivalent)
Previous experience working with youth or development squads preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about grassroots football
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Saturday availability is essential
Occasional midweek training sessions or meetings may be required
