The Annual General Meeting of Penzance & Newlyn RFC, which is only open to fully paid-up members of the club, will take place at the clubhouse on Thursday 28th July, 2016, commencing 7.30 pm.
Nominations are required for positions on the Management Committee, as detailed below.
All nominations, duly proposed and seconded by a paid-up member of the club, must be received by Terry Drew, Club Administrator, by no later than Wednesday 20th July, 2016.
Nomination forms have been affixed to the clubhouse notice-board, or may be obtained from the Administrator whose office is situated on the ground floor (open mornings, Monday-Friday).

In addition to these posts the club’s Youth Section will nominate a representative for the Management Committee. All these posts are honorary.
Members are reminded that proxy voting may take place if a vote for any of the above positions is necessary. These forms can be obtained from the Administrator and must be returned to him, completed, no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
