Breakfast will be served from 9:30 am and we will wrap up the day with a BBQ and fun at 5pm.
The Big Help Out Whole Club Workday
Saturday 12th July 9:30 am — 5:00 pm
The key areas of focus for the day are:
Ensure that all areas of the Club are sparkling clean and tidy inside and outside
Ensure that our playing area is neat and tidy for the forthcoming season
Clear vegetation from around the club
Task Allocation
The following is the list of suggested allocated tasks:
Pershore Phoenix: Changing Rooms led by Nic
Clean and thoroughly sweep out all changing rooms and corridor areas
Wipe down walls, doors and seating areas
Clean toilet cubicles, toilets, sink and floor area
Clean shower areas: clear internal drain channels of mud, limescale removal, wash walls and tiles, clean windows inside and out
(Cleaning products, de-scaler, pressure washer, buckets, brushes and cloths all provided)
Adult & Junior Touch Section — External Clean Up led by Fizz
Clear ditches and vegetation from sides/rear of clubhouse
Jetwash Club entrance areas
Repair potholes in the Car Park Clean bus shelter
3 rd Age Touch & M&J team — Internal Clean Up led by Bill & Ben
• Deep Clean Kitchen & Toilets Clean Windows
• Clean Bar socialising area & declutter General end of season clean and tidy
Men's 1 st XV & Socials — External Paintwork led by Robin
• Repaint Rugby Posts & Floodlights
• Paint posts around pitches & training areas
• Remove "old" sponsorship boards in readiness for replacement
Bar Team — Led by Gav
• Deep Clean Bar serving area including all surfaces and cupboards Remove all items and storage racks from Cellar area.
• Sweep & Mop cellar
• Apply paint to walls in cellar in preparation to replace storage racks & items
General "sort out" led by Rachel
• Kit & Equipment sort out — stocktake to enable and agree any kit purchases needed for next season
• Identify obsolete kit for repurposing
• Sort "office" area cupboards and filing cabinets
• Sort storage area in ladies' toilets & discard obsolete items [paint cans etc.]
• Review items in storage containers & complete general "tidy"
