Having played semi-professional football in Poland as well as for clubs such as Alconbury, Peterborough Sports and more recently with Peterborough Polonia including managing the latter and seeing them progress through the PDFL from Division 3 up to the Premier Division the club feel they have the ideal candidate in place.

Joining Rafal as his assistant will be Piotr Bajzert.
