The FA this evening have written to all clubs from Step 1 to the NLS Feeder leagues to give further clarity around the current position on spectators at pre-season fixtures.

On Saturday 18th July, the FA announced that all clubs within the National League System should play pre-season fixtures behind closed doors - this stance has not changed.

Therefore, Pinxton FC have no choice but to abide by the stance given by the FA and will not be allowing spectators into the Van Elle Arena for any pre-season fixture until further notice is given.
Where an Under 18 is playing in the fixture, a parent or guardian to fulfil safeguarding requirements will be permitted entry into the ground, along with essential club officials.
All must observe social distancing guidelines
