The message I have been putting out of late, urging the fans to stay focused, to stay optimistic and to take confidence in the fact that an awful lot was going on behind the scenes to try and achieve a turn round in the Club’s results has to a very great extent been well received. I don’t think there are many Clubs where the support would have stayed so loyal and certainly the last two results and even more so the last two performances have been a fitting reward to us all.

The players have been immense, the newcomers have slotted in seamlessly and to say Tom and Callum have got the tactics/game plan right is an understatement.

It has made me feel so proud to be the Chairman of such a great Football Club with so many terrific people at its core.
The new additions to the Board in the shape of Richard Gale and Shaun Spencer-Perkins have brought an infectious enthusiasm to the table and have strengthened the off field team immensely.
I am only too aware that we still have a lot to do in order to hang on to our much cherished National League South status but we are in good shape to win that battle now.The players are determined, the Board is determined and the fans are clearly behind us.
