Pre season training will start on Thursday 2 July 2014 at 7pm.
Sessions will run Thursdays 7-9pm.
Sessions will be structured to develop individuals, units and the team through conditioning and game play.
There will also be a couple of warm up matches. Details to follow once confirmed.
Players need to ensure that they are fit and prepared for the sessions and season ahead.
2014/15 was a good season for all teams. Let's make 2015/16 a great one.
