Saturday sees the 2024 season start, albeit in no doubt bitterly cold conditions and lots of cobwebs to be brushed off.

Potters Bar start off with the visit of Middlesex top league side Hornsey coming to town in a limited overs clash. Bar will be a few missing due to holiday and illness but there will be club debuts for new signings Ashleigh Cox and Nisal Francisco and it will be great to see how they fit into the team.

Steve Gale has the armband as Luke Chapman is away and its a first game for the clubs new sponsors Motus Truck and Van and we welcome their support as always.

The game is due to start at Midday, played in whites and is set to be a 50-over a side clash.
