The Men's 1s consolidated their position in the top 2 (aided by defeat for 3rd placed Crostyx) with an excellent 3-0 away win over Cambridge City 3s. Two goals from Miles Tomkins and one from Mark Turpin, although keeper Ben Balmforth was MVP for a string of saves that included keeping out a penalty flick.
Similarly the Ladies 1s also maintained their 2nd placed position with a comfortable 3-0 victory over relegation threatened Chiltern. Goals from Amy Kee, Emily Gerke and Caroline Pickersgill.
The Men's 2s put in a solid performance as they secured a hard fought 0-0 draw with Welwyn Garden City.
The Ladies 2s secured a much needed point from their trip to play Berkhamsted Hemel 3s as the game finished 1-1. The Bar goal scored by Shelley Eames.
The Men's 3s were the only defeated team of the day as they were unable to break their recent poor run with a 1-7 loss away to West Herts 5s. The Bar goal scored by Gopal Mann.
The Men's 4s however were able to romp to a 7-0 victory over lowly Winchmore Hill and Enfield 2s. Three goals from Scott Alexander and one each from Ben McArdle, Daniel Cherry, Paul Brady and Rob Donoghue.
