Manager Lee O'Leary is pleased to announce a new addition to his backroom staff at Potters Bar Town ahead of the upcoming season. Northwood FC Manager Robert Ursell has agreed to join Lee's management team for the 2021/2022 season as First Team Coach. Robert Ursell is a former professional and England Futsal International, making him a welcome addition to the management team alongside Assistant Manager, Scott Cousins, First Team Coach, Luke Muldowney and Goalkeeper Coach, Ryan Court.

As part of the announcement Lee stated that; “I’m thrilled to be able to bring Rob to the club. I've known Rob for maybe 15 years now and we have very similar beliefs in the way we see football being played. Rob has a wealth of experience in many different footballing backgrounds which will be invaluable. He's a brilliant coach and will bring great enthusiasm to everything he does. Along with his attention to detail, fresh ideas and high standards, I feel he will compliment us as a management team and what we are trying to achieve. I am also delighted to be able to get the deal done this early, so it enables us to plan as best as we can for what will be a long off season".
