Our new shirt for the 25/26 season

Potters Bar Town FC are pleased to unveil our bespoke 65th anniversary home shirt, paying tribute to the key parts of our local area which have helped to shape the club into what it is today.

Featuring special tributes to Mount Grace School and Hertsmere Borough Council, this season's kit is centred around the previous 65 years at Potters Bar Town, with a focus on our history also included in the club badge.

The kit is also the first kit produced from the home shirt partnership agreed with Middey's Brasserie and Lounge.

Fans will be able to purchase the kit supplied by Acerbis, with orders encouraged within the next week to ensure the earliest possible delivery, in sizes Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL.

Our anniversary kit's design notes and heritage story
To mark 65 years since the club was formed, our new bespoke home kit honours the history of our club, and the people, institutions, and community that have shaped our identity.

This special edition shirt also recognises two key local institutions in our history: Hertsmere Borough Council, who are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, and Mount Grace School, whose original badge appears on the back of the shirt, a reference to the fact the club was initially formed as Mount Grace Old Scholars, a team of former pupils at the school.

Key Features:
Maroon and White Base: The traditional club colours remain central. Maroon dominates, with clean white accents, a nod to decades of identity and continuity since our formation in 1960.

  • Hertsmere 50 Badge Detail: To recognise Hertsmere Borough Council’s 50th anniversary, a commemorative badge appears on the back of the shirt below the collar. It acknowledges the borough’s support and its role in our development as a community club.
  • Mount Grace School Crest: A reference to the original Mount Grace School badge, which was the one in use when the club was first formed. This features in the bottom corner of the shirt. The school has long been linked to Potters Bar Town, not just geographically, but as part of our youth development pathway and wider community work.
  • Retro Number Font: The shirt numbering uses a typeface inspired by kits from the 1960s and 70s, linking our current players to those who helped build the club’s reputation over the past six decades.
  • 65-Year Commemorative Badge: A special “65” badge to mark 65 years since the club’s formation. More than a number, it’s a quiet tribute to the journey, the volunteers, the players, and the supporters who have carried the club through every era. This shirt celebrates the past, connects to the present, and looks to the future, proudly worn by everyone who makes Potters Bar Town FC what it is.
