'Scholars' change badge colour

Club change to Maroon

Potters Bar Town Football Club are changing the colours of their badge.

Whilst the overall design remains the same the badge’s colours are now maroon and white.

The change is part of the commemorations for the Club’s 60th anniversary in 2020.

The club wore a Maroon strip in their first season in 1960 and for a few years after that before being rested for a few seasons.

Maroon shirts were reintroduced in 2010 to commemorate the club’s 50th anniversary.

The colour, which is definitely not claret!, is popular with our supporters and will remain the main Club colour for the foreseeable future.
