Scott Cousins

By Alan Evans

Scottie's gone home early!!

We are sad to announce that Scott Cousins has decided to stand down from his role as joint manager of the first team. With a new baby, who was introduced to everyone at the awards day,Scott feels that it is time to spend more time with his family.
Everyone at the club would like to thank Scott for his work with Lee O'leary and tremendous contribution to keeping the Scholars in the Bostik Premier for another season and wish him and his lovely family all the best for the future.
Happily, Lee will be staying on as first team manager and we look forward to welcoming new members to the management team over the close season.

In a message to players, staff and fans Scott said:

" It's with a heavy heart that I've decided to leave Potters Bar ..
Becoming a dad has really changed my personal life and I need to dedicate more time to my family. A big thanks for your efforts last season , I really enjoyed it and I have massive amount of respect for you all.
I'm sure I'll return to to football further down the line and our paths will cross again at some point!
Best of luck next season . I'll be down the Pakex with the little man watching you in action!
BARARMY !!"

GOOD LUCK SCOTTIE !!
