An experienced midfielder with Step 3 experience is the latest to join the Bar, as Jack Munns signs for the club!

Having most recently played for Cheshunt, Munns has played for a host of clubs in and around the Step 3 level, showing the knowhow he will bring to the Bar midfield.

The 31-year-old has also played for Brentwood Town, Canvey Island, Chatham Town, Boreham Wood and Dover.
