A sparkling ten minutes in the first half saw the Scholars burst into a 4-0 half time lead. Four great goals in the space of ten minutes ensured there was no coming back for Harlow in this proverbial "six pointer"
Dernell Wynter opened the scoring in the 13th minute taking advantage of good work by Marvin Morgan.
In form Brad Sach made it two just five minutes later with a superb finish from Nana Kyei's pass.
The Barnet loanee then made it three to the Scholars a mere two minutes later combining well to net his second goal for Potters Bar.
Just two minutes on with 22 on the clock Brad Sach netted his fourth goal in just three games to give the visitors a 4-0 lead.
Harlow looked to have be in with a chance as Matthew Foy went down in the box. The striker took the penalty which was well saved by Charlie Taylor in the Scholars goal.
But with Bar looking comfortable as they came out for the second they were soon on the back foot as Harlow looked to get back in the game.
Four minutes into the second half Tom Hitchcock netted for Harlow. And just eight minutes later Matt Foy added another as Bar looked to regain control.
But just as the Bar army were becoming a little twitchy. Just two up with twenty to go Marvin Morgan was brought down in the box in the 72nd minute with the ever cool Dernell Wynter stepping up to convert the penalty.
In the end Bar ran out comfortable winners and will enjoy a little breathing space at the lower end of the table as results elsewhere worked in our favour.
