A see-saw game in absurdly hot conditions saw the sides settle for a point apiece.
The Scholars went ahead just ten minutes into the game as Josh Hutchinson notched his fifth of the season with a fine header from a George Craddock corner.
Despite having much of the play after this, with Ryan Young proving a constant source of problems for the home defence, it was Enfield who scored to equalise through Ken Charles in the 39th minute.
Three minutes later the home side were in front as the ever dangerous Faal netted from a corner. As the heat grew more intense both sides looked to be struggling (or was that just the fans in the stand) it was Bar who looked the stronger and Brad Sach levelled it from another Craddock corner ten minutes into the second half.
From then it was end to end stuff with the Scholars looking the more likely to score with good efforts from Ben Ward-Cochrane, Josh Hutchinson and James Budden all going close.
But it ended all-square with the home side probably more relieved to have come out with a point. Not many teams will go to Donkey Lane and come away with anything.
